Shipping & Exchange Policy

Our items are shipped directly from our US, UK warehouses for the US and UK customers respectively. For rest of the world items are shipped from our China and Hong Kong warehouse. If in some case we do not have the item in stock in the local warehouse, then we ship the item from our other warehouses from different geographic locations.

Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. Our delivery staff will assist the customers with any questions they have.

Most of the items shipped from the US and UK are delivered in 3-7 business days.

Items shipped from other locations are usually delivered in 3 – 4 weeks.

Sometimes orders are pending/delayed shipment because your payment method can not be verified by our bank/paypal, therefore we do receive any order information from paypal/bank. This may cause a delay in shipment and delivery in some cases. Please contact us if your item is not shipped in 5 working days after or you have not received your ordered item within 20 days.

Money back guarantee can be claimed only if the product is infested with termite.

Returning shipping is buyers responsibility and fulfill returning cost to our nearest warehouse Items are needed to be returned with a valid tracking information that shows the item has been returned to our warehouse.
